By accessing, registering, or subscribing to Propu AI, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the service.
Propu AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that turns property photos into cinematic tour videos in vertical format (9:16) using artificial intelligence.
The quality of the result depends on the quality of the photos you upload and the availability of the third-party services used in processing. Propu AI is a content-generation tool and does not guarantee specific business results (sales, inquiries, reach, or number of clients).
The plan is offered at USD $19 per month and includes 1,000 monthly credits. Each HD tour costs 250 credits and each Ultra HD tour costs 500 credits. You can purchase additional credit packs inside the app.
All payments are processed through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it. Prices may change in the future; any change will be communicated in advance and will not affect a billing cycle already paid.
We offer a 7-day guarantee. If within 7 days of the charge you have not used all of the generations (credits) included in your plan, you may request a refund of the amount paid.
Once you have used all of your generations for the period, or after 7 days from the charge, the amount is non-refundable.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe portal. Access to the service continues until the end of the billing cycle already paid.
Unused monthly credits expire at the end of each cycle; credits from additional packs do not expire as long as the account remains active.
The photos and data you upload are used solely to generate your videos. They are not used to train artificial intelligence models.
Processing is carried out through third-party providers (AI services and cloud infrastructure). Your files are stored securely and are only accessed with your consent or to resolve technical issues. You may request the deletion of your data at any time.
The videos you generate with Propu AI are yours and you may use them freely, including for commercial purposes.
The brand, design, software, and other elements of the platform are the property of Propu AI. Sharing access credentials, as well as reselling or transferring account access to third parties, is prohibited.
Propu AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
Business results depend on external factors (the market, the quality of your posts, each user's strategy) that are beyond the platform's control.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after an update implies acceptance of the terms in force.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent ordinary courts of the Argentine Republic.
